2008 Roadside Market Red
Cool spring followed by favorable growing conditions with a two week lag in harvest. This contributed to better acidity, stronger color (in reds) and crisper, brighter, fresher wines overall.
Black cherry, orange peel, dried fruit, and oak spice on the nose that carries through to the palate where it showcases raspberry, black cherry and vanilla oak spice along with medium body and supple tannin. Acids are balanced in the finish with some noticeable oak.
