2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2008 Vintage: A wet spring resulted in smaller berry sizes and was followed by favorable summer temperatures. This resulted in balanced canopies and crop loads producing fruit with intense color and flavor that yielded balanced wines.
The Wine: Northern Bordeaux-like scents with hints of dense, black fruits. Classic Cabernet Sauvignon flavors typical of Washington State; black currants in concentrated palate and very dry with promising flavors revealed in the long finish.
